All Points was asked to take responsibility for the ongoing management and maintenance of Cover Fx’s Magento-based e-commerce site.
When our team was introduced to the leadership at Cover Fx, they already had a shiny, great­ looking new site. They were flush with good ideas and great aspirations. However, the Cover FX team had a pileup of projects that needed to be pushed to completion. Our developers quickly learned that the Cover FX site had been built on custom coded CMS framework without an instruction manual. We undertook a forensic code review, reverse engineering the custom code and learning what was required to appropriately maintain the site.
In the first several months, we completed a full review of the site’s tracking and analytics.
Google’s Advanced e­Commerce Tracking was implemented as a cost-­saving alternative to Adobe SiteCatalyst. The tracking work was accompanied by in­-depth keyword research. Taken together, these initiatives have created the foundation for ongoing SEO activities. Cover FX now knows what to target, and is in a position to measure and report on the results.
We have also worked closely with a vendor partner to deploy the company’s new mobile site.
In under three months, the mobile experience (for phones and tablets) was transformed. Now, loyal Cover FX customers can purchase products with ease from whatever device they choose.
We work closely with the Cover FX design team to bring creative promotional concepts to life.
We jointly imagined and executed a holiday promotional campaign inspired by gamification to launch for the busiest time of the year. The rich landing page featured a dynamic, date-­sensitive calendar of savings and offers for each day during the holiday season, which offered customers a unique, fun shopping experience.
