Senior Paid Search Manager

Full-Time Role

All Points Digital is looking to hire a paid search manager with 5+ years of industry experience. Looking for a self-starter, team player who is looking to expand their knowledge base beyond SEM and into a more cross-channel approach. The core responsibilities will be ownership and management of multiple Paid Search accounts.

Desire to join a growing digital marketing agency and take on an array of projects (at various levels of complexity) is a must. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEM guru to further develop and grow their skills in all facets of SEM and digital marketing. The role primarily supports the SEM director, but has ample opportunity to grow and explore other facets of the digital marketing world. The role requires someone with a jack of all trades mentality and offers opportunities for advancement based on interest, aptitude and proficiency.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience building paid search campaigns inclusive of campaign architecture, keyword research and development, ad copy development, landing page strategy, etc.
    • Inclusive of traditional search ads, performance max, discovery, YouTube
  • High level of optimization experience including keyword research, keyword expansion, negative keyword development, ad copy development, A/B Testing, and keyword bid management
  • Day to day ownership of campaign optimizations including SQR reports, bid management, budget management/pacing, etc.
  • Combine data and analytics across sources into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that can be shared with clients
  • Perform competitive analysis and provide strategy and recommendations
  • Manage all aspects of reporting – weekly, monthly, QBR – from data aggregation to client facing presentations
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and perform competitive keyword analysis in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Grow existing client relationships by collaborating across teams to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Ability to deliver against very tight deadlines
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify a plus

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of managing experience with Google Ads and Bing ads – preferred with certifications
  2. 5+ years of Google Analytics or similar experience
  3. 3+ years of ecommerce SEM experience (requirement)
  4. 1+ year of cross-channel exposure with SEO and Social teams
  5. Expert in Excel, advanced in Powerpoint and Word
  6. Ability to deliver against very tight deadlines
  7. Ability to work independently as we are mainly remote
  8. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  9. Passionate about learning new tools and keeping up with industry research
  10. Familiarity with SEO and SEM a plus
  11. Pmax / Shopping Experience a MUST
  12. Enjoys the hustle of a fast-paced work environment 

Work Location:

We are a fully distributed/remote team and stay connected through Slack. We largely work around an EST schedule. 

  • Central or East Coast time zone required
  • Fully Remote (HQ in CT, Charleston, SC or Boston, MA preferred locations)
